100% Hot Wheels – Cool Collectibles – Black Box Hot Wheels – Price Guide

100% Hot Wheels were introduced in 1999, as Cool Collectibles, also known as Black Box Hot Wheels, and continued in several different iterations through 2009.  The 100% Hot Wheels line are premium models aimed at the adult collector.  Most feature toolings made with more parts than a typical mainline, usually have Real Rider wheels with rubber tires, and in some cases feature unique castings that were never released as mainlines.
